Tofu with Cottage Cheese and Bonito Flakes
Creamy cheesy tofu salad with bonito umami!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 block silken tofu
- 2 spring oinon or coriandar
- 2 tbsp bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Unpack tofu in a serving plate
Serve cottage cheese on top of tofu
Next bonito flakes, spring onion, and sesame seed.
Serve soy sauce and olive oil on the table.
