So today is Ramen day...

My ramen stock started cooking a while ago, then keep on the gas for another 5 hrs.. I’ve been testing different recipes, and thinking about my signature ramen stock for my class again and again... This is truly my soul-ramen stock that I grew up with. The key ingredient is niboshi, dried anchovies. You never drop niboshi from this. And, never hard boil the stock keep watching carefully remove scam gently. Really an amazing and thankful thing I’m finding after a year of opening my cooking studio is, my guests are coming back to take my classes from all around the world!!
