Sukiyaki Sauce Recipe!

Please make your own sukiyaki sauce, super easy and taste amazing!

Servings: 3 servings
  • 100 cc sake
  • 100 cc mirin
  • 100 cc soy sauce
  • 30 gram crystal brown sugar if not available, please use white sugar you have
Veggies and Meat
  • pack grilled tofu, if not farm tofu cut into a large cube
  • 1 pack enoki mushrooms cut off the bottom with dirts
  • 1/2 pack konjac rough chop like 5cm wide
  • 1 stick green onion slice them thick angles
  • 1 whole onion peeled then cut into a half moon
  • 300 grams thinly sliced wagyu beef
  • 3 whole eggs use for as a dipping
  1. In a small sauce pan, add sake and mirin. Cook with hi-heat to burn off alcohol

  2. Stop heat, then add soy sauce. Start heating up again with low heat

  3. Ready to use
