Sukiyaki Sauce Recipe!
Please make your own sukiyaki sauce, super easy and taste amazing!
Servings: 3 servings
Ingredients
Sauce
- 100 cc sake
- 100 cc mirin
- 100 cc soy sauce
- 30 gram crystal brown sugar if not available, please use white sugar you have
Veggies and Meat
- pack grilled tofu, if not farm tofu cut into a large cube
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms cut off the bottom with dirts
- 1/2 pack konjac rough chop like 5cm wide
- 1 stick green onion slice them thick angles
- 1 whole onion peeled then cut into a half moon
- 300 grams thinly sliced wagyu beef
- 3 whole eggs use for as a dipping
Instructions
In a small sauce pan, add sake and mirin. Cook with hi-heat to burn off alcohol
Stop heat, then add soy sauce. Start heating up again with low heat
Ready to use
