Class Menu:

  • Hiroshima style okonomiyaki, with noodle, pork, cabbage or vegetarian/vegan
  • Yakitori, with chicken and vegetables
  • Takoyaki
  • Black sesame ice cream with  azuki beans
  • Sour and beer

By The End Of This Class, You Will:

  • Learn Japanese basic seasonings
  • Learn kinds of umami to use for different dishes
  • Learn Japanese cooking tools and tablewares
  • Serving and how to eat it 😉
