  • 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp fried shallot
  • 1 tbsp Chinese 5 spices
  • 1 piece star anice
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 piece fried tofu

  1. Cut the pork belly into large cubes. Put the belly in a large pot with water filled, boil them halfway
