When I created the “Izakaya” menu class, I thought only locals would know the meaning of Izakaya. So it might be difficult to get bookings. However, once a week, class is nearly always full. Wow! Some of my guests don’t know the meaning of Izakaya, but they book it anyway, and they enjoy cooking and tasting many small dishes under 5 ingredients! We cooked many #kushikatsu, #wagyu Japanese style BBQ, a few kinds of #sashimi, #yakiudon we cooked a few more. AND, #yuzu is in the season so we made #yuzusour!
