Delicious way to enjoy sweet summer corns!
- 2 cobs corn remove hair and peel
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 to 2 tbsp salted or unsalted butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 to 4 tbsp potato or corn starch or flour
- 2 cups frying oil
Remove corn hair and peels
Cut corns into a half first then cut in lengthwise into quarter so total 8 sticks corn out of one corn
In a ziplock, add the corns, soy sauce and chili pepper. Marinade it at least 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, add starch or flour into the ziplock. Coat the corns with starch
Prepare frying oil. Heat it up around 170 celsius
When oil is hot, add a corn a time, and if you have a splatter screen, please use. Corn will pop when it stays in hot oil long
Then corns are a bit curled, the golden, pick them up. Sprinkle salt.
When all corns are fried, drop butter and lots of black pepper. Enjoy!
