Perfect easy Summer Noodle dish!

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 150 grams Ground meat
  • 20 cm green onion
  • 20 grams peanuts
  • 2 packs noodle
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp miso
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 100 ml ready to use ※ dashi dipping sauce pic attached
  • 300 ml soy milk
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanut or grounded sesame seed
  • 1 tsp chili oil or sesame oil
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  1. Let's cook flavored meat first. This is going to be the umami base of this dish.

  2. Mince green onion and chopped nuts either peanuts, walnuts, or grounded sesame seeds or mix all these nuts and seeds.

  3. In a frying pan, add oil, chopped green onion, and ground meat if using tofu, please add at the end.

  4. Sauteed with medium high heat. Add sake, keep heating up until alcohol is cooked, then add miso and soy sauce, stop heat. If using tofu, add right after the sake is cooked (if the alcohol smell is still there, keep cooking).

  5. Start cooking your choice of noodle, please follow the instructions of the package. 

  6. And, for soup making, mix with already made dashi sauce and soy milk.

  7. And, chop tomato, cilantro, lettuce.

  8. For serving, add cooked noodle into a ramen bowl, and topped with chopped vegetables, flavored meat, ground nuts or sesame seed, then lastly pour the mixed sauce. Drizzle chili oil or sesame oil.

About ready to use ※ dashi dipping sauce. A picture is attached for a reference, but there are so many brands in Asian market in your area. You can ask shop people for "dashi sauce."
